I have several fixed-rate products available for system backup, PC cleanup, and remote access. Please have a look at my Products page for more details.
Aside from the above, my standard rate for computer and network maintenance, consulting and troubleshooting is $90/hr., billed in 15 min. increments. For on-site support there is a $45 minimum charge. For remote support there is a $22.50 minimum charge. All work is warranted for 30 days and you don't pay if I can't resolve the issue.
