Microsoft Certified Small Business Specialist - This certification is given to Microsoft Certified Professionals who have undergone exclusive training and demonstrated proficiency in providing solutions for small businesses, using Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Small Business Server.
I am also a Microsoft Action Pack Solution Provider. This is a program which allows me to evaluate, test & troubleshoot the latest Microsoft technologies in my lab environment, for training, evaluation and troubleshooting purposes. It also also provides me with access to higher-level training and support.
